(Public and Private School) ELIGIBILITY

Green Bay Area Public School District and Private School students residing more than two miles from their school of residence or students residing within an area deemed by a safety review and school Board Policy as unusually hazardous are eligible for transportation. Students who are not eligible for transportation are permitted to purchase transportation provided that (1) the bus does not travel off it's original route to accomplish the transportation, and (2) the seating capacity of the bus is not exceeded.

SCHEDULING The parents of all eligible public and private school students will be mailed busing information the week of August 17, 2011. Bus route information will be posted at the front entrance to each school after August 17, 2011. Metro Transit riders can pick up their bus passes at the following schools after August 17, 2011: East High School Preble High School Southwest High School Notre Dame Academy Edison Middle School Franklin Middle School Lombardi Middle School Students who are not eligible for Metro Transit transportation may purchase passes at $19.00/month.
