1: Sings alone and with others, a varied repertoire
of music
+ Sings in large and small groups with an understanding
of choral techniques (e.g., blend, balance, intonation,
rhythmic unity, etc.) appropriate to the assigned choral
literature
+ Performs with an understanding of vocal technique (e.g.,
tone, breath management, vowel production, diction, articulation,
resonance, and body alignment) a varied repertoire of vocal/choral
literature of class B-A technical demands in 3 or more parts
+ Sings music representing a variety of genres, cultures,
styles, and foreign languages with appropriate interpretation

+ Uses keyboard to play simple melodies

3: Improvises melodies, variations and accompaniments
+ Improvises simple rhythmic and melodic variations on a
